Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging user experiences. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to understand user needs, create prototypes, and improve overall product usability. You will play a key role in shaping user journeys through research, design thinking, and continuous iteration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, managers, and stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
  • Develop user personas and usage scenarios
  • Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve user experience
  • Perform competitor and market analysis to enhance product design
  • Assist in content development when required
  • Iterate designs based on user insights and usability testing
  • Ensure designs are user-centric, visually appealing, and aligned with business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in UX design or web design
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into design solutions
  • Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision Studio
  • Wireframing, prototyping, and workflow design
  • User research and usability analysis
  • Information architecture and interaction design
  • Visual design fundamentals
  • Understanding of user behavior and experience design

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience in content strategy and UX writing
  • Familiarity with design systems and UI guidelines
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
