Job Description

A UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The role involves understanding user needs through research, designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging products that align with business goals and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

User Research

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Gather and analyse user feedback to improve product usability.
  • Perform competitor analysis and user journey mapping.
  • Validate design decisions through research findings.

UI/UX Design

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability best practices.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.

Prototyping & Testing

  • Build interactive prototypes for design validation.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyse test results.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
  • Improve user experience through continuous design refinement.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Present design concepts and communicate design decisions effectively.
  • Support implementation by providing design specifications and assets.
  • Collaborate throughout the product development lifecycle.

Design Quality

  • Maintain design consistency across products.
  • Ensure responsive and user-centred designs.
  • Keep up with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
