Job Description
A Sales Executive/Individual Contributor (IC) is responsible for driving sales of tiles, construction chemicals, and related building materials within an assigned territory. The role focuses on developing dealer and distributor networks, generating demand through architects, builders, contractors, and retailers, and achieving sales growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Generate new business opportunities through builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits.
- Organize dealer meets, contractor meets, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely collections and support channel partners.
- Prepare sales reports and territory performance updates.
- Identify new markets and expansion opportunities.
