Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. This role involves leading architecture decisions, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to build robust, cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and system design, along with proven leadership and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Development

  • Design and develop scalable applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework
  • Define system architecture and ensure best practices in development and deployment
  • Build and optimize backend services and APIs
  • Work with databases like SQL Server and MySQL for design and performance tuning

Cloud & DevOps

  • Lead cloud-based development using Azure services
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Implement DevOps best practices for automation and delivery

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
  • Drive performance optimization and technical excellence

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Participate in requirement gathering and solution design
  • Communicate with clients to understand business needs
  • Provide technical solutions aligned with business goals

Integration & Support

  • Support frontend integration with backend services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like JIRA
  • Ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in .NET Core and .NET Framework
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server and MySQL
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with system design and scalable architecture
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude AI)
  • Knowledge of frontend integration concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
