Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Odoo to manage development activities and deliver high-quality Odoo-based solutions. This role involves leading a team of developers, customizing Odoo modules, and working closely with international clients to implement scalable business solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo development, Python programming, and team leadership, along with the ability to handle end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and manage a team of Odoo developers
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best development practices
  • Mentor team members and promote a collaborative work environment

Odoo Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on client requirements
  • Work on core modules such as Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Accounting
  • Handle advanced customizations and enhancements in Odoo

Client Interaction

  • Engage with international clients to understand business requirements
  • Provide technical consultation and support
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery

Integration & System Enhancement

  • Implement and manage third-party integrations with Odoo
  • Ensure seamless integration with external systems and tools
  • Enhance system performance and functionality

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with teams across sales, HR, manufacturing, and accounting
  • Ensure smooth coordination for end-to-end project execution

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in Odoo development
  • Strong experience with the latest Odoo versions
  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams
  • Proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo modules (Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting)
  • Experience with Odoo POS development (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of third-party integrations
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to stay updated with latest Odoo trends and technologies
