Job Description
The Team Lead – Data Analysis role involves leading a team of Data Analysts while managing complex data analysis, quality control, and automation-related tasks. The role requires strong expertise in advanced Excel operations, SQL, Python, VBA, and RPA tools to support data-driven projects in a fast-paced production environment. The Team Lead will also coordinate with Review Managers, handle escalations, ensure project quality, and mentor team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Data Analysts.
- Coordinate with Review Managers on project timelines and deliverables.
- Perform and support Deduplication Quality Control (QC) processes.
- Prepare and validate Notification Lists and analysis reports.
- Develop solutions for complex data analysis and client-specific requirements.
- Escalate major project or quality issues to management.
- Manage project resource allocation with managers and other team leads.
- Conduct data cleansing, validation, and analysis tasks.
- Support automation initiatives using RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Train and mentor team members while providing feedback and oversight.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Participate in continuous learning and special projects.
