We are looking for a talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our Electronics Engineering team and contribute to the development of advanced ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) solutions for OEM customers. The role involves designing system architectures, defining requirements, and ensuring safety and reliability for next-generation driver assistance technologies.

Key Responsibilities

System Engineering & Architecture

  • Define and create system requirement specifications for ADAS functions.
  • Design system architectures for complex ADAS solutions including:
    • Automatic Emergency Braking System (AEBS)
    • Moving Off Information System (MOIS)
    • Advanced Rider Assistance Systems (ARAS)
    • Driver Monitoring System (DMS)
    • Blind Spot Information System (BSIS)
    • Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS)
    • Lane Keep Assist (LKA)
    • Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
    • Forward Collision Warning System (FCWS)
    • Alcohol Interlock Devices

Safety & Compliance

  • Conduct functional safety analysis following ISO 26262 standards.
  • Work on ADAS systems with ASIL-C / ASIL-D safety levels.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standard ISO 21434.

Development & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with software developers, hardware engineers, and system architects.
  • Identify and analyze system errors and develop corrective solutions.
  • Support technical discussions with OEM customers and partners.
  • Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities and respond to RFQ requests.

Communication & Integration

  • Ensure effective integration of RADAR, camera sensors, and other perception systems.
  • Support ECU mechanical packaging considerations and hardware integration.
  • Manage communication protocols including CAN, UDS (ISO-14229), and SAE J-1939.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in the automotive domain.
  • Strong knowledge of ADAS system architecture and system engineering principles.
  • Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Proficiency with requirement management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in ADAS testing and validation including:
    • HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop)
    • SIL (Software-in-the-Loop)
  • Experience with dSPACE HIL plant modeling using MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow.
  • Knowledge of Embedded C programming.
  • Experience with UML and SysML modeling.
  • Understanding of AIS standards such as:
    • AIS-184
    • AIS-162
    • AIS-187
    • AIS-189
    • AIS-190
    • AIS-004

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
    • Electronics Engineering
    • Computer Science
    • Automotive Engineering
    • Or a related field
