Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Proactively identify and contact new prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social channels to create business opportunities.
Sales Cycle Management
Handle the sales process from initial outreach to qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing.
Prospecting
Reach out to C-level executives and decision-makers using targeted prospecting strategies.
Customer Relationship Building
Build rapport with prospects, understand business challenges, and create interest in services.
Research & Analysis
Analyze industry trends, funding signals, and market insights to improve outreach strategies.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with marketing, sales, and management to develop effective sales plays.
Target Achievement
Meet goals related to qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue generation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated attitude
- 5–6 years experience in B2B / pre-sales / frontline sales
- Experience working with AUS & NZ markets preferred
- Strong demand generation and marketing exposure
- Ability to handle rejection and meet targets 💪
- Excellent communication and cold-calling skills
