Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Territory Account Manager to drive business growth within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. The role involves managing a defined territory, building strong customer relationships, and delivering cybersecurity solutions through direct and channel sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and expanding existing accounts, while collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Drive the full sales cycle including planning, prospecting, qualification, solution alignment, and deal closure
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, and security leaders
- Collaborate with channel partners to generate opportunities and expand market reach
- Work closely with Sales Engineers and internal teams to deliver effective solutions
- Forecast sales accurately and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic discussions
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, performance, and customer insights to leadership
Requirements
- 12–16 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in cybersecurity product sales
- Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts within a specific territory
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive account growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
