Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of data-driven products and platforms. This role focuses on defining product strategy, managing requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data management, AI-driven product decisions, and working with cloud-based (especially AWS) environments, along with the ability to drive both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers and internal teams
  • Create MRDs (Market Requirements Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirements Documents)
  • Define product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering teams

Business Planning & Analysis

  • Contribute to long-term business plans for target market segments
  • Build strong business cases for product features, AI usage, and partnerships
  • Track product performance and share insights with stakeholders

Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate product updates through documents, presentations, and reports
  • Ensure alignment across teams on product vision and direction

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy teams
  • Act as the voice of the customer in decision-making

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive product development in Agile environments
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and feature backlogs

Performance Tracking

  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success
  • Ensure continuous improvement based on data insights

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience building data products or internal platforms
  • Strong understanding of data management (data quality, governance, integration, metadata)
  • Experience with AI-driven product features and decision-making
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud and SaaS environments (AWS preferred)
  • Strong experience working in Agile methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and integrations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
