Job Description

The Senior Network Engineer role focuses on managing, supporting, and securing enterprise-level network infrastructure across global environments.

The candidate will:

• Handle network operations and production support
• Troubleshoot critical network issues
• Manage routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancers
• Support infrastructure upgrades and security initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation and operational standards

This role requires strong expertise in networking, security technologies, and 24×7 production support environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Operations & Support

• Provide 24×7 rotational and on-call network support
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues quickly

2. Network Design & Security

• Understand customer requirements and define:
  • Network solutions
  • Security solutions
• Implement and maintain network security policies

3. Routing, Switching & Infrastructure

• Manage:
  • Routers
  • Switches
  • Wireless networks
  • Load balancers
• Support infrastructure upgrades, refreshes, and monitoring improvements

4. Project Execution

• Participate in network-related projects
• Prepare project schedules and execution plans
• Coordinate operational activities efficiently

5. Documentation & Process Management

• Maintain:
  • Technical documentation
  • Runbooks
  • Standards
  • Operational procedures
