Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in post-sales requirement analysis and solution delivery. The candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

The role involves translating business needs into clear functional requirements, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings

Client Interaction

  • Work with clients post-sales to understand detailed requirements
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams
  • Provide continuous clarification and support during development

Project Delivery Support

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet client expectations

Documentation & Process Management

  • Maintain project documentation and process flows
  • Ensure requirement traceability and proper prioritization
  • Align requirements with project scope and business goals

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation
  • Experience with web, mobile, ERP, CRM, or eCommerce applications
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to create BRD, FRD, SRS, and user stories
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
