Job Description

As a Sales Operation Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by combining technical understanding with client interaction. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their business needs, design suitable solutions, and clearly demonstrate the value of products and services.

This role focuses on bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions, ensuring a smooth and effective sales process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to engage potential clients and gather detailed requirements
  • Understand client business challenges and translate them into suitable solutions
  • Design and propose customized solutions based on client needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and value
  • Prepare technical documents such as proposals, presentations, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Perform competitive analysis and track market trends to strengthen positioning
  • Work with internal teams like product, marketing, and support for seamless delivery
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on technical aspects and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or technical consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of software products or services
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel when required
