Job Description
The role is responsible for driving membership sales, revenue growth, and team performance within assigned hotel/client locations. The candidate will lead sales operations, manage sales teams, develop customer acquisition strategies, and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to maximize membership enrollments, customer satisfaction, and renewals.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive membership acquisition and growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase enrollments and customer footfalls.
- Achieve individual and team sales KPIs.
Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate sales teams.
- Recruit new team members in coordination with hotel and corporate teams.
- Conduct onboarding, induction, and training programs.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
Client & Hotel Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel/client teams.
- Promote the value and performance of membership programs.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Support partnership and bulk sales initiatives.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Work with corporate teams to develop lead-generation campaigns.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities.
- Provide customer feedback to improve membership products and sales strategies.
Customer Experience
- Ensure transparency regarding membership benefits.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations effectively.
- Improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) and retention.
- Support increased membership usage and renewal rates.
Product Advocacy
- Promote and support company technology products.
- Train teams on product features and benefits.
- Drive product adoption within the assigned region.
