Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Coordination
- Interact and follow up with customers regularly
- Handle customer enquiries and support requests

2. Quotation & Order Handling
- Prepare and manage customer quotations
- Enter work orders into software systems
- Process order confirmations and related documents
3. Communication Management
- Handle:

- Telephone communications

- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
4. Logistics & Shipment Coordination
- Track shipments regularly
- Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch activities
- Ensure timely delivery updates to customers
5. Administrative Support
- Supervise administrative staff
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Check courier bills and related logistics expenses
6. Presentation & Documentation
- Create PowerPoint presentations when required
- Manage documents such as:
- Proforma Invoice
- Order Confirmation
- Shipment-related documents
