Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Present luxury hotel membership programs to potential customers.
  • Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and generate referrals.
  • Enroll customers into membership programs through a transparent and customer-friendly approach.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain customer engagement.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
