Job Summary
You will be responsible for generating leads directly (no DSA sourcing), meeting customers, explaining loan products, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify and generate prospective customers through field activities and cold calling.
Customer Interaction
Meet customers, explain loan products, and resolve queries.
Sales Conversion
Convert leads into successful loan disbursements.
Relationship Management
Build strong customer relationships and maintain trust.
Sales Calls Handling
Independently manage and close sales conversations.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales (LAP / Home Loan / Mortgage preferred)
- Understanding of secured loans, especially Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Experience in cold calling
- Ability to handle sales independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local language
Education
- 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
