Key Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring compliance with company policies.

Cross-Team Coordination
Work with internal teams to execute recruitment strategies effectively.

Market Research
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to improve hiring strategy.

Customer Support
Provide timely responses to contractor and client queries.
