Were building a robust enterprise-grade talent management application for InnovationM that streamlines the entire employee lifecycle. This intelligent platform integrates an AI-driven recruitment system with features that support performance tracking, resource planning, upskilling, and project/client coordination. Designed for scale and automation, the application replaces fragmented tools with one seamless solution—driving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and empowering smarter decision-making across teams.
Role and Responsibilities
Build responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly interfaces for the enterprise talent platform using React.js.
Develop reusable components that support various modules like recruitment, performance, resource, and project management.
Integrate AI-powered features such as smart interview feedback, candidate insights, and performance analytics into the front-end.
Implement efficient state management using tools like Redux or Context API for seamless user experience across modules.
Work closely with backend developers to consume RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow across the platform.
Collaboration: Collaborate with design, QA, and backend teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Continuously refine the UI for speed, accessibility, and user engagement across desktop and mobile.
Requirements
Developing Web & mobile applications using JavaScript (JS) Frameworks such as ReactJS.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and new design patterns.
Contributing in Architecture and Design of applications
