Key Responsibilities
QA Strategy & Planning
Define QA strategy, build test plans, and create test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor QA engineers, ensuring best practices in manual and automated testing.
QA Process Implementation
Build and improve QA processes and guide teams in quality standards.
Insurance Domain Testing
Lead QA efforts for PolicyCenter implementations and integrations in P&C insurance projects.
Automation Initiatives
Drive test automation using tools like Selenium and TestNG.
Collaboration
Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure full test coverage.
Release Management
Participate in release planning, defect triage, and provide QA sign-off.
Metrics & Reporting
Monitor QA metrics, defect trends, and test coverage.
Process Improvement
Continuously enhance QA tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8–12 years QA experience (4+ years in P&C insurance preferred)
- Experience with PolicyCenter platforms (Duck Creek, Guidewire, etc.)
- Strong SDLC, STLC, and Agile knowledge
- Customer-facing experience

- Test management tools like Jira
- QA lifecycle tools such as TestRail
- Application lifecycle tools like Micro Focus ALM
