Job Description

This role focuses on leading Quality Assurance activities across multiple projects by combining manual testing, automation testing, performance testing, and security testing. The candidate is expected to improve QA processes, mentor junior testers, and collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Testing Strategy & Execution

• Lead manual and automated testing activities across projects
• Design comprehensive test strategies and test plans
• Perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems
• Identify testing gaps and recommend improvements

2. Performance Testing

• Develop and execute performance testing plans
• Use tools such as:
  • JMeter
  • LoadRunner
• Evaluate:
  • Scalability
  • System responsiveness
  • Application stability under load

3. Security Testing

• Conduct security testing using tools like:
  • OWASP ZAP
• Identify vulnerabilities and security risks
• Ensure compliance with security standards

4. Bug Tracking & Reporting

• Analyze recurring defects and identify root causes
• Create detailed bug reports and dashboards
• Track:

  • Resolution status

5. QA Process Improvement

• Improve QA methodologies and workflows
• Integrate Agile and DevOps best practices
• Introduce advanced testing tools and techniques
• Streamline testing cycles and increase efficiency

6. Automation Leadership

• Design scalable automation frameworks
• Maintain reusable automation scripts
• Optimize automation performance and test coverage
• Conduct peer reviews for automation quality

7. Mentorship & Team Support

• Mentor junior QA engineers
• Train team members on:

• Encourage continuous learning within the QA team

8. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with developers, business teams, and stakeholders
• Participate in requirement analysis and refinement
