Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operational activities across multiple programs. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and ensuring all workstreams are aligned and completed on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations along with familiarity in Microsoft technologies and SaaS-based tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track daily program activities to ensure timely completion
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation with high accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Follow up on tasks, deliverables, and dependencies consistently
- Handle vendor coordination, including tracking SLAs and timelines
- Support IT operations and program workflows
- Manage operational escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Support reporting, documentation, and knowledge management processes
- Ensure all program data and records are accurate and audit-ready
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 7–10 years of experience in IT operations, program coordination, or similar roles
- Experience in vendor coordination and SLA tracking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and execution discipline
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
