Job Description

  • Design, build, and implement AI/ML models to solve real business problems.
  • Integrate machine learning models into production systems and products.
  • Convert ML models into useful product features like recommendations, personalization, or intelligent automation.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to align AI features with product goals.
  • Prepare and process data by collaborating with data engineers on data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering.
  • Train, test, evaluate, and fine-tune models to improve accuracy, performance, and scalability.
  • Deploy models to production and monitor performance, retraining models when needed.
  • Run A/B tests to measure the impact of AI-driven features.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in AI / ML / Data Science is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS, GCP, ML, Deep Learning) are an added advantage.

Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or ML development.
  • Experience deploying AI/ML models in real-world, product-based environments.
  • Strong background in supervised and unsupervised learning.

Technical Skills

  • Programming: Python (primary), Java / C++ / R (optional).
  • ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Knowledge

  • Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
  • Product-focused mindset with experience building AI-driven product features.
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum product development.
