Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations
• Understand customer engineering challenges
• Recommend suitable Bentley solutions
• Support sales teams during technical discussions
• Build strong customer relationships

Solution Architecture

• Design technical solution strategies
• Guide customers on implementation approaches
• Validate solution feasibility and scalability
• Align technical roadmaps with customer requirements

Proof of Concept (POC)

• Lead proof-of-concept projects
• Demonstrate how solutions solve real engineering problems
• Validate technical requirements before implementation

Technical Consulting

• Provide expert guidance on:
  • Structural engineering workflows
  • Project lifecycle management
  • Best practices
  • Technology adoption

Proposal & RFP Support

• Prepare technical proposals
• Assist with RFP responses
• Support technical documentation for sales opportunities

Product & Market Analysis

• Analyze competitor products and market trends
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions
• Share industry insights with teams and customers

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Conduct technical training sessions
