Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships in a SaaS-based environment. This role focuses on managing existing enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure a seamless post-sales experience while identifying opportunities for long-term business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Retention

  • Drive timely renewals and ensure high client retention rates
  • Monitor account health, product usage, and engagement to identify risks
  • Develop account plans to prevent churn and ensure long-term success

Revenue Growth

  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maximize revenue potential within existing client accounts
  • Align solutions with client business needs to deliver value

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications
  • Ensure a seamless and positive post-sales customer experience

Issue Resolution & Collaboration

  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams
  • Continuously improve customer experience through feedback and insights

Strategic Planning

  • Create and execute account growth strategies
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular updates
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within accounts

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales within a SaaS product company
  • Prior experience in Key Account Management is required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales processes
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Willingness to travel as required
