Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships in a SaaS-based environment. This role focuses on managing existing enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure a seamless post-sales experience while identifying opportunities for long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Retention
- Drive timely renewals and ensure high client retention rates
- Monitor account health, product usage, and engagement to identify risks
- Develop account plans to prevent churn and ensure long-term success
Revenue Growth
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maximize revenue potential within existing client accounts
- Align solutions with client business needs to deliver value
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications
- Ensure a seamless and positive post-sales customer experience
Issue Resolution & Collaboration
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams
- Continuously improve customer experience through feedback and insights
Strategic Planning
- Create and execute account growth strategies
- Track performance metrics and provide regular updates
- Identify opportunities for expansion within accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales within a SaaS product company
- Prior experience in Key Account Management is required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales processes
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel as required
