Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining high-quality software applications. The role involves analyzing business requirements, improving application reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java/web development, software architecture, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies, with exposure to cloud and DevOps technologies.

Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Design, build, and integrate software solutions with existing systems
  • Develop scalable and maintainable applications
  • Enhance application functionality and performance

Application Reliability & Maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Perform maintenance and reliability improvements
  • Ensure system stability and optimal performance

Development Best Practices

  • Apply SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles
  • Follow coding standards, testing practices, and quality guidelines
  • Work with testing frameworks to ensure software quality

Collaboration

  • Work with:
    • System Analysts
    • Product Owners
    • Cross-functional engineering teams
  • Participate in Agile development processes

Documentation & Learning

  • Create technical documentation and manuals
  • Continuously improve technical skills through learning and training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong experience in:
    • Java
    • JavaScript
    • Web development or Salesforce development
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency
