Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using:
    • Job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
  • Conduct resume screening and initial interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams
  • Manage offer negotiation (salary, benefits, etc.)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, including rejection communication
  • Maintain accurate records of:
    • Candidate data
    • Hiring metrics and reports
  • Analyze recruitment trends to improve hiring strategies
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing and operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR interest preferred)
  • 0–8 months of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong skills in:
    • Communication & interpersonal interaction
    • Attention to detail
    • Time and task management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
