Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using:
- Job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Conduct resume screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams
- Manage offer negotiation (salary, benefits, etc.)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, including rejection communication
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Candidate data
- Hiring metrics and reports
- Analyze recruitment trends to improve hiring strategies
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing and operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR interest preferred)
- 0–8 months of experience in recruitment or HR
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong skills in:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
