Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead the team to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Sales Forecasting
Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is updated and reliable.
Performance Management
Monitor productivity, call time, and conduct weekly reviews and coaching sessions.
Strategy Development
Analyze performance data and customer trends to develop strategic sales initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Act as escalation point for clients and maintain strong strategic relationships.
Reporting & Forecasting
Work with clients and internal leadership on reporting and forecasting activities.
Target Achievement
Ensure team alignment with operating plan targets and client performance targets.
Team Motivation & Incentives
Coordinate incentives and drive engagement for improved performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations.

- 3+ years of experience in sales roles
