Job Description
A Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements. The role focuses on talent acquisition, candidate relationship management, and achieving recruitment targets across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions and industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Manage recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.
- Support urgent and bulk hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with recruitment managers and team leaders.
