Job Description

We are hiring high-potential MBA graduates for a Sales Lead role focused on driving business growth across US and Indian markets. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across US and Indian markets
  • Execute cold calling and multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies
  • Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with key decision-makers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth deal execution

Requirements

  • MBA / PGDM with BBA or BMS background
  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on performance
  • Willingness to work from office (5 days/week in Bangalore)

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to US or international markets
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / IT sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
