Job Description

BytePlus is hiring a Solutions Architect in Gurugram to work closely with enterprise customers and sales teams. The role focuses on solution architecture, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and client engagement from pre-sales to implementation.

This position requires both strong technical expertise and business communication skills to help clients design scalable, cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Partner with regional sales teams to:
  • Qualify leads
  • Understand client pain points
  • Recommend technical solutions
• Conduct:
  • Product demos
  • Technical presentations
  • Architecture workshops
  • Proof of Concepts (POCs)

2. Solution Architecture

• Design scalable cloud and enterprise architectures
• Support RFI/RFP responses
• Recommend best-fit technologies and implementation strategies
• Deliver end-to-end technical solutioning

3. Collaboration & Product Strategy

• Work with internal product teams
• Provide feature recommendations and roadmap feedback
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients and stakeholders

4. Post-Sales Support

• Support solution implementation and adoption
• Drive:
  • Upselling
  • Cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure customer success after deployment
