Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Delivery
Lead delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects across multiple clients or domains.

Project Planning & Execution
Define scope, goals, deliverables, and create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution and escalation.

Resource Coordination
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for smooth project execution.

Methodology Governance
Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

Team Leadership
Mentor project managers and delivery teams to improve performance.

Client Relationship Management
Build strong client relationships and align expectations with delivery outcomes.

Process Improvement
Drive continuous improvements in delivery frameworks and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years experience in IT delivery management
  • Experience managing large-scale complex projects
  • Strong understanding of SOW creation and management
  • Experience in client-facing roles or consulting environments

Tools & Methodologies

  • Project management tools like Microsoft Project
  • Collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Task tracking tools like Trello
