We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive business growth. This role involves identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and capable of developing effective sales strategies to achieve sustainable financial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales demos to convert prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales materials
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support business goals
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads and sales activities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication skills in English and local language
- Excellent selling and negotiation abilities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand technical products and solutions
- Willingness to travel to client locations
- Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn
