Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and business goals
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and performance metrics
- Act as a point of contact between clients and internal recruitment teams
- Maintain and update internal databases:
- Open requirements
- Candidate submissions
- Client feedback and next steps
- Track and manage:
- Candidate profiles, interviews, and feedback
- Attend client meetings (daily/weekly) to discuss hiring progress and priorities
- Adjust sourcing strategies based on client feedback and market insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
- 8 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Recruitment / RPO
- Strong skills in:
- Lead generation & cold calling
- Client communication and relationship building
- Experience in market research using:
- LinkedIn, Google, SEO tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
