We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on lead generation, client relationship management, and business expansion, especially within the recruitment/RPO domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and business goals
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and performance metrics
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and internal recruitment teams
  • Maintain and update internal databases:
    • Open requirements
    • Candidate submissions
    • Client feedback and next steps
  • Track and manage:
    • Candidate profiles, interviews, and feedback
  • Attend client meetings (daily/weekly) to discuss hiring progress and priorities
  • Adjust sourcing strategies based on client feedback and market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
  • 8 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Recruitment / RPO
  • Strong skills in:
    • Lead generation & cold calling
    • Client communication and relationship building
  • Experience in market research using:
    • LinkedIn, Google, SEO tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
