Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with fintech experience to work on mobile and web-based technology solutions. This role involves gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring proper documentation and delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams, provide fintech domain insights, and contribute to successful project execution.


Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis

  • Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Understand fintech workflows and translate them into functional needs

Solution Design & Documentation

  • Create Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
  • Prepare technical proposals and maintain documentation
  • Manage Change Request trackers

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a bridge between clients and development teams
  • Provide fintech-specific consultation and support

Project Coordination

  • Work with project teams on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track project progress and ensure timely execution

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with fintech trends
  • Suggest improvements in processes and solutions

Key Deliverables

  • Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
  • Change Request Tracker
  • Project plans and documentation
  • Audit and post-implementation reports

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in fintech)
  • Strong experience in requirement analysis and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
  • Knowledge of wireframing tools like Figma or Miro
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
