Key Responsibilities
- Provide application and system support for production environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues across:

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues
- Work closely with development and DevOps teams for issue resolution
- Manage deployments and support CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and fixes
