Job Description
This role focuses on supporting customers who use electronic test and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, frequency counters, VNAs, and related lab tools. The engineer helps customers with setup, troubleshooting, debugging, technical guidance, and application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers using:
- DSOs (Digital Storage Oscilloscopes)
- DMMs
- Power Supplies
- LCR Meters
- Frequency Counters
- VNAs
- Troubleshoot and debug customer issues independently.
- Provide technical support through:
- Phone
- Remote sessions
- Help customers with:
- Measurement setup
- Probing techniques
- Bandwidth considerations
- Deliver:
- Product demos
- Customer training
- Application guidance
- Create:
- Technical documentation
- Knowledge base articles
- Coordinate customer feedback with marketing and R&D teams.
- Handle multiple customer cases efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new technologies.

Qualification

Work Requirement
- Willingness to work in the US shift/night shift from India.
