Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based systems. The role involves designing and building intelligent AI agents, creating multi-agent workflows, and integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, strong Python programming skills, and a deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Implementation

  • Design and develop AI agents using Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Build and manage multi-agent workflows for complex problem-solving and automation
  • Implement orchestration and collaboration between multiple AI agents

Frameworks & Tools

  • Work with agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize model outputs
  • Utilize function calling and advanced LLM capabilities

Integration & Systems

  • Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
  • Enable seamless communication between AI systems and external tools
  • Ensure scalability and performance of AI solutions

Data & Model Handling

  • Work with machine learning models and data pipelines
  • Handle structured and unstructured data efficiently
  • Optimize model performance and response quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and ML models
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
  • Solid understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and function calling
  • Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
