Job Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive (AE) to support business growth in an emerging technology space. This is a field sales role focused on managing and expanding a defined set of enterprise accounts, including existing customers and high-potential prospects.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and post-sale relationship management. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, positioning SaaS solutions effectively, and delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and target enterprise-level prospects through multiple channels
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Track and report pipeline progress and revenue forecasts (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
Client Engagement
- Understand client requirements and align them with suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver product demonstrations and articulate value propositions clearly
Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
Negotiation and Closing
- Lead negotiations and handle objections effectively
- Close complex enterprise deals while ensuring alignment with business goals
- Ensure contracts meet both client and company requirements
Post-Sale Relationship Management
- Work with customer success teams for smooth onboarding and transition
- Maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and customer satisfaction
- Continuously identify growth opportunities within accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales within a SaaS product company
- Prior experience in the fintech domain (LMS, LOS, voice bots, voice agents)
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and SaaS business models
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel (approximately once a month)
