Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive (AE) to support business growth in an emerging technology space. This is a field sales role focused on managing and expanding a defined set of enterprise accounts, including existing customers and high-potential prospects.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and post-sale relationship management. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, positioning SaaS solutions effectively, and delivering measurable business value.


Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and target enterprise-level prospects through multiple channels
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Track and report pipeline progress and revenue forecasts (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

Client Engagement

  • Understand client requirements and align them with suitable solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deliver product demonstrations and articulate value propositions clearly

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts

Negotiation and Closing

  • Lead negotiations and handle objections effectively
  • Close complex enterprise deals while ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Ensure contracts meet both client and company requirements

Post-Sale Relationship Management

  • Work with customer success teams for smooth onboarding and transition
  • Maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities within accounts

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales within a SaaS product company
  • Prior experience in the fintech domain (LMS, LOS, voice bots, voice agents)
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and SaaS business models
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Willingness to travel (approximately once a month)
