Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy
Define long-term AI product vision for customer experience, chatbots, and recommendation systems. Create AI-first product roadmaps aligned with business goals.

AI-led Customer Experience & Chatbots
Lead conversational AI platforms including chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice/text interfaces. Improve automation in customer support, onboarding, and issue resolution.

Personalization & Recommendations
Own AI-powered recommendation systems across the user lifecycle. Work with data science teams to leverage behavioural and transactional data.

Cross-functional Leadership
Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams. Act as end-to-end owner from discovery to launch.

Execution & Metrics
Define metrics such as adoption, accuracy, CSAT, and engagement. Run experiments and optimize product performance.

People Leadership
Mentor product managers and promote responsible AI usage and experimentation culture.

Required Skills
