Job Title: Product Analyst Data and Automation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Product Analyst – Data and Automation to join our Digital Strategy team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in Python and data technologies, coupled with a keen interest or experience in AI/ML/LLM models, app/API frameworks, and automation tools.

Freshers with relevant academic or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automation tools and scripts using Python
  • Build and maintain data pipelines in data lake environments
  • Work with structured and unstructured data for analysis and reporting
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
  • Test and validate Python-based applications, including AI/ML/LLM model workflows
  • Integrate and develop REST APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, data-driven solutions

Required Skills

Must-have:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python with completed projects
  • Proficiency in working with SQL databases
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to AI/ML/LLM/agentic workflows through academic or industry projects/internships
  • Familiarity with Python-based web/app frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI, or Streamlit
  • Understanding of NoSQL databases

Interview Process

1. Technical Hands-on Assessment:

  • Python coding and debugging tasks
  • Code corrections and logic testing
  • Data handling (both structured and unstructured)
  • Report generation and output validation

2. Interview Round:

  • Discussion on past projects and problem-solving approaches
  • Evaluation of Python concepts and workflow understanding
