Job Description

A Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content by editing raw footage, adding motion graphics, color grading, and visual effects. The role involves collaborating with creative teams and clients to produce videos that align with branding, marketing, and advertising objectives while meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into high-quality final content.
• Trim, arrange, and enhance video clips for storytelling.
• Synchronize audio, video, and visual elements.
• Deliver polished videos within project deadlines.

Video Production

• Support the video production process from concept to final delivery.
• Organize and manage video assets and project files.
• Ensure videos meet technical and quality standards.
• Assist in post-production workflows.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

• Create and integrate motion graphics and animations.
• Add visual effects, transitions, and titles.
• Design engaging graphics for video content.
• Enhance videos with creative visual elements.

Color Grading

• Perform color correction and color grading.
• Maintain visual consistency across projects.
• Improve the overall look and feel of videos.
• Ensure videos match brand guidelines.

Client & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with creative teams and client service teams.
• Understand client requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Present revisions and implement requested changes.
• Collaborate to deliver high-quality creative content.

Quality Assurance

• Review videos for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Ensure proper formatting for different platforms.
• Maintain organized project files and version control.
• Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
