Key Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance BMC tools such as TrueSight and Helix.
- Develop and implement APIs for seamless system integration.
- Utilize Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- Create and maintain scripts (Python, PowerShell) for custom automation.
- Support foundational server administration (Linux, Windows).
- Assist in network device administration (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth tool operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMC tools and integrations.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Strong knowledge of BMC tools (TrueSight, Helix, etc.).
- Experience in API development and integration.
- Proficiency in Ansible for automation and configuration.
- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Foundational understanding of server environments (Linux, Windows).
- Basic knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
