Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Product Specialist & Team Lead with strong technical expertise and deep knowledge of the WordPress and web-hosting ecosystem. You will lead a newly formed WordPress-focused team, drive product innovation, and ensure high-quality delivery.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality solutions using PHP, WordPress Plugin Development, HTML, CSS, JS & Bootstrap
  • Conduct market analysis of WordPress & web-hosting industries
  • Evaluate emerging plugins/products and recommend integrations
  • Identify and participate in WordPress community events
  • Collect customer requirements and convert them into product/plugins
  • Ensure on-time product delivery with the highest quality standards
  • Lead and mentor the WordPress team, including hiring & performance evaluation
  • Maintain strong development architecture and best coding practices

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong expertise in PHP, WordPress Plugins, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JS
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience building websites both from scratch and using website builders
  • Good understanding of the WordPress ecosystem & hosting market
  • Ability to translate business needs into product requirements
  • Leadership skills and ability to guide a technical team

UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
