ISMG is expanding its global digital operations and seeking a Website Operations Specialist based in India.
This junior–mid-level role supports and collaborates directly with the U.S.-based Website Operations Manager and plays a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing ISMG’s digital ecosystem.

⭐ Responsibilities

Website Maintenance & Development

• Assist in updating and maintaining WordPress websites (themes, templates, plugins, ACF).
• Support creation of landing pages, microsites, and custom digital components.
• Implement layout/design improvements based on brand guidelines.
• Ensure websites are up-to-date, secure, and high-performing.

Performance & Technical Support

• Monitor site speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and usability.
• Conduct routine website checks: uptime, broken links, plugin updates, security fixes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-level support for internal teams.
• Assist with tracking scripts, forms, and user data tools.

Marketing Tech & Integrations

• Support CRM, analytics, and marketing automation integrations.
• Help with QA testing of marketing workflows, integrations, and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based web operations, marketing, and design teams.

Additional Support

• Contribute during U.S. off-hours when needed (flexible timing, not night shift).
• Ensure web security best practices and safe deployment processes.

🧩 Required Skills

Experience

• 1–3+ years in website development or technical web operations.

Technical Skills

• WordPress (themes, templates, ACF, plugins)
• HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript
• PHP fundamentals
• Understanding of hosting platforms (WP Engine or similar)
• SEO basics, responsive design, and site performance optimization
• Troubleshooting and QA testing skills
• Version control tools (Git, Bitbucket)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork (especially with remote teams)
• High attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn from senior technical leaders

✨ Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to React, Vue, or other modern JS frameworks
• Experience with Elementor or other page builders
• Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.)
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations
• Basic CI/CD knowledge
• Familiarity with Figma
• Interest in AI-powered content and web optimization tools
