Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js
  • Build fast, scalable, and SEO-friendly web pages
  • Create reusable UI components and front-end libraries
  • Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in web development
  • Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js
  • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, Tailwind CSS
  • Experience with SSR and SSG
  • Familiarity with Redux or Context API
  • Proficient in Git and version control workflows
  • Experience with Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn
  • API integration using REST and GraphQL
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization
  • Experience with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Next.js API routes & serverless functions
  • Knowledge of AWS, Vercel, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or Styled Components
  • SEO best practices for React & Next.js
  • Open-source contributions (plus)
