About the Role

The Web Developer Associate will support Marketing Operations by managing and delivering high-quality web content and digital experiences. The role focuses on balancing increased marketing complexity with limited resources, driving efficiency, faster time-to-market, and scalable operations through data, technology, and next-generation content services.

This role involves working with Web Content Management Systems (CMS) to design, create, update, and manage website content while collaborating with internal marketing and delivery teams.

What Would You Do?

  • Support web content management using CMS platforms to create and maintain marketing websites
  • Assist in digital marketing ads and promotional content creation/design
  • Manage website authoring, collaboration, and administration tasks
  • Update and maintain web pages with minimal programming intervention
  • Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Work with marketing teams to support campaign launches and updates
  • Use ticketing tools to manage tasks and track progress
  • Follow defined SOPs, checklists, and process documents
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality standards across all web deliverables

What Are We Looking For?

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Jira Operations or similar ticketing tools
  • Basic understanding of web programming and markup languages
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work independently on assigned tasks
