Job Description

As a Web Developer, you will be involved in designing, building, and testing web-based applications and responsible for ensuring seamless user experience and functional efficiency. You will collaborate closely with project teams to document technical specifications, research new enhancements, and update website features. Your role will also require strategic decision-making and leadership contributions across teams.

Summary

You will act as a key contributor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team, supporting both technical implementation and team guidance. You will drive innovation, uphold development standards, and ensure successful delivery of scalable and user-friendly web applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test web-based applications and related components
  • Edit and maintain web content according to updated requirements
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to key technical decisions
  • Provide actionable solutions and guidance to resolve technical challenges
  • Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain quality standards
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capability and performance
  • Monitor and track project progress while updating stakeholders on deliverables
  • Drive continuous improvement in web functionality, architecture, and usability

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Selenium automation
  • Solid understanding of Web Application Architecture & Design Principles
  • Hands-on experience with Automated Testing Frameworks
  • Knowledge of programming languages: Java / Python / JavaScript
  • Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and test-oriented mindset

Good to Have

  • Full Stack development exposure
  • Experience in CI/CD tools, API testing, performance testing
