Shift timings – 5pm to 2.30am IST
Work Location – Mumbai Vikroli , Hybrid
Facility: Cab Facility Available
*PDC ,Convocation completion Certificate is Mandatory
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and innovative Automation Developer with strong proficiency in Python and a knack for solving problems with logical precision and creative thinking. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable automation solutions across platforms and workflows. Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus, enabling deeper integration of intelligent automation into our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python or NodeJS
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions
• Implement error handling, logging, and reporting mechanisms for automation reliability
• Optimize existing automation workflows for performance and scalability
• Explore and prototype ML-based enhancements where applicable
• Document development processes and maintain code repositories
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to think out-of-the-box and propose creative automation solutions
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and libraries (e.g., Selenium, PyAutoGUI, Pandas)
• Understanding of REST APIs and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Good communication and collaboration skills
