Job Description
As an Application Lead (SAP FI CO), you will lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP applications, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide technical and functional decisions, and ensure successful delivery of SAP Finance solutions aligned with business objectives.
🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP FI CO Finance
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP FI CO applications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
- Collaborate with multiple teams and drive key technical and functional decisions
- Take ownership of team-level decisions and solution outcomes
- Provide solutions to issues across immediate and extended teams
- Guide and mentor team members through best practices
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet timelines
- Ensure application performance, stability, and business alignment
💡 Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Integration experience with SAP MM module
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with SAP module integrations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP application issues
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
🎓 Educational Qualification
- UG: B.Tech / B.E. – Any Specialization
- PG: Any Postgraduate
- Mandatory: 15 years of full-time education
📌 Additional Information
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience required (SAP FI CO focused)
- Position based in Hyderabad
